This Agreement is between NexzaHost (“the Company,” “we,” “us”) and you (“the Customer,” “User”). By purchasing any service from NexzaHost, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Terms & Services

• Domain Registration: NexzaHost is not an ICANN-accredited registrar; we utilize reputable reseller APIs. We cannot guarantee domain availability until registration is confirmed.

• Manual Fulfillment: As of February 2026, domain registrations are processed via an email notification system. Activation can take up to 48 hours.

• Payment & Access: Services are provided only after full payment. Failure to pay on time will result in service suspension and, eventually, data termination.

• Uptime Guarantee: We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee on our Genesis-powered hosting. If uptime falls below this, you may be eligible for a pro-rated account credit.

2. Account Eligibility & Security

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

• One Account Policy: Users are allowed only one active account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated without warning.

• Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must keep your scripts, CMS (WordPress/Elementor), and passwords secure. NexzaHost is not liable for hacks resulting from weak passwords or outdated scripts.

3. Website Migrations

• We provide cPanel-to-cPanel migrations as a courtesy.

• While we strive for high-speed transfers, we do not guarantee a specific completion time or 100% data integrity during the transfer process. Always keep a local backup.

4. Prohibited Content & Activities

NexzaHost maintains a high-performance environment. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal Material: Child pornography, copyrighted content (Pirated/Warez), and sites promoting illegal activities.

• Abuse Scripts: IRC Bots, Proxy scripts, IP Scanners, and Bitcoin miners.

• Bulk Mail: Sending more than 1,000 emails per day or any form of Spam. We recommend third-party mail services (like Google Workspace) for marketing.

• Resource Abuse: If your account exceeds CPU/RAM limits more than 5 times in 24 hours, you will be required to upgrade to a higher plan to maintain server stability.

5. Billing, Cancellations & Refunds

• Invoicing: Invoices are issued 7 days before the due date. Services are terminated if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.

• Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Shared and Cloud hosting. Domain registrations, VPS, and Dedicated Servers are non-refundable.

• Cancellation: You must request cancellation through the NexzaHost Client Dashboard (my.nexzahost.com).

6. Backups and Data Loss

• Your use of NexzaHost services is at your own risk.

• We maintain internal “disaster recovery” backups for 48 hours only. These are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own off-site backups.

7. KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

To prevent fraud and maintain a secure community, NexzaHost requires all users to complete a KYC check:

• Verification: This is done via WhatsApp OTP and Email OTP.

• Purpose: This confirms your identity and allows us to address abuse reports promptly. Data provided during KYC is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

NexzaHost, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any lost profits, lost data, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, even if we were advised of such possibilities.
