At NexzaHost, we are dedicated to providing a premium, high-speed experience for all our clients. This Fair Use Policy is designed to ensure that our network remains stable, fast, and reliable for everyone.

1. Purpose and Scope

Our primary focus is providing high-performance web hosting. This policy outlines the acceptable use of our network resources to ensure that the needs of our web hosting clientele are met while preventing misuse that could slow down the Genesis infrastructure.

2. Acceptable Web Hosting Usage

Clients are permitted unrestricted network usage for all normal web hosting operations. This includes:

• Standard web-related data transfer (HTTP/HTTPS).

• CMS updates (WordPress, Elementor, etc.).

• Essential activities for maintaining a website hosted on a NexzaHost VPS, Virtual Dedicated Server, or Baremetal Server.

3. Network Usage Restrictions

To maintain our 99.9% uptime and high-speed standards, the following restrictions apply:

• a. Proxies, VPNs, and Tunneling: While you may set up these services on your servers, they are subject to a monthly data transfer limit of 10TB. Exceeding this limit may result in temporary bandwidth throttling, additional charges, or service suspension if the usage is deemed high-risk to the network.

• b. Media Streaming Services: Hosting of high-volume media streaming services is strictly prohibited. This includes video streaming platforms, music streaming, and live broadcasting (IPTV/OTT).

• c. Speed Test Servers: Using NexzaHost resources to host public speed test servers or bandwidth-measurement tools is prohibited, as these create artificial spikes in network load.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

We actively monitor network traffic to ensure compliance. If a violation is detected:

1. Warning: We prioritize open communication and will attempt to contact you first.

2. Throttling: We may temporarily limit your network speed to protect other users.

3. Suspension: In severe cases or repeated violations, we reserve the right to suspend the account immediately to maintain network integrity.

5. Customer Responsibility

As a NexzaHost client (including Alpha and Master Resellers), you are responsible for the activities of your end-users.

• Any complaints regarding your users will be forwarded to you for immediate action.

• If your users violate this policy, NexzaHost reserves the right to terminate your service to prevent further network damage, without prior notice.

6. Policy Review

NexzaHost reserves the right to modify this policy periodically to adapt to new technologies and client needs. Significant changes will be announced via your Client Dashboard (my.nexzahost.com).
