At NexzaHost, we take great pride in our service. We understand that plans change, and we strive to make our refund process as transparent and fair as possible.

1. Domains (Registration & Transfers)

• Non-Refundable: Domains are a non-refundable product once the registration process has been initiated with the registrar.

• Prompt Delivery Guarantee: We aim to provide domains promptly. If we are unable to deliver your requested domain within 24 hours, we will issue a full refund.

• Free Domains: If you received a “Free Domain” with a hosting plan, the standard cost of that domain will be deducted from any hosting refund if the plan is cancelled.

• Premium Domains: Our current system is in beta and may not always flag “Premium” domain pricing. If a selected domain is premium, we will contact you to either pay the difference or receive a full refund/credit.

• Abuse Suspension: If a domain is suspended by a registrar due to phishing, spam, or abusive content, no refund will be issued.

2. Web Hosting (Shared, Cloud, & Reseller)

We guarantee that technical issues will be resolved within 72 hours (Monday–Friday). If we cannot fix your issue within this timeframe, we will happily issue a refund.

Money-Back Guarantee Eligibility:

• Duration: Refund periods range from 7 to 90 days depending on your specific plan and billing cycle (clearly listed at checkout).

• New Customers: Only first-time NexzaHost customers are eligible for the money-back guarantee.

• No Abuse: Accounts that violate our CPU, Bandwidth, or Disk Usage policies are not eligible for refunds.

• Disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting our support team voids your refund eligibility.

• Pro-Rated Deductions: For multi-month or multi-year plans, the cost of the period already used will be deducted from the total refund.

3. VPS & Dedicated Servers

• Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the high cost of provisioning Genesis infrastructure, we do not provide refunds for VPS or Dedicated Servers. Please proceed with these purchases only when you are certain.

• Licenses: Software licenses (cPanel, LiteSpeed, WHMCS, etc.) are non-refundable once activated.

4. Payment Methods & Fees

• Gateway Fees: Transaction fees charged by payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, local gateways) are non-refundable.

• Cryptocurrency: Payments made via Crypto are generally non-refundable due to the nature of the blockchain and market volatility.

5. Service Cancellation

• By NexzaHost: If we cancel your service for internal reasons, a refund will be provided automatically.

• For Cause: If your service is cancelled due to a breach of our Terms (Abuse, Spam, Malware), no refund will be provided.
