This policy outlines the terms for services advertised as “unlimited” or “unmetered.” At NexzaHost, we provide high-performance resources to help your business grow, but these resources are shared. To ensure a vibrant, high-speed experience for all users, the following rules apply.

1. What “Unlimited” Actually Means

“Unlimited” disk space or bandwidth means we do not set a hard cap on the resources your personal or small business website uses for normal operation. As long as your site is optimized and complies with this agreement, you will not be charged for extra usage.

2. Shared & Cloud Hosting Limitations

• Storage Cap: Shared and Cloud accounts have a soft limit of 50GB. This includes website files, SQL databases, and emails.

• Prohibited Content: Our hosting is for active website files (HTML, PHP, CSS, etc.). It is NOT for:

  • Personal backups or offsite storage.

  • Movie/Software download sites or file-sharing portals.

  • Large archives of zip files, ISOs, or high-resolution raw media.

• Database Size: To maintain server speed, individual SQL databases should not exceed 1GB. If a database grows larger, we may ask you to optimize it or upgrade to a VPS.

3. Reseller Hosting (Alpha, Master, & Prime)

• Per-Account Limit: Each cPanel account created under a reseller plan is limited to 50GB of storage.

• Resource Abuse: If a sub-account engages in DDoS attacks or consumes excessive CPU, we reserve the right to suspend that specific account to protect the rest of the server.

• Warning System: We provide 3 warnings with a 48-hour window for resolution. If the issue persists, the account will be suspended.

4. Resource Usage (CPU, RAM, IO)

Your site runs on our high-performance Genesis NVMe infrastructure.

• Fair Use: If your site exceeds its assigned RAM or CPU cores more than 5 times in a single day, an upgrade to a higher tier or a VPS is mandatory.

• Email Limits: Individual email accounts are limited to 5GB. For bulk marketing or high-volume transactional mail, we recommend using a dedicated service like Google Workspace or SendGrid.

5. Bandwidth & Traffic

We do not set a hard limit on visitor traffic. However, the following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Using the account as a browser proxy.

• Hosting “Mirror” scripts or “File Dumps.”

• Running automated “AutoSurf” or “PTC” sites.

• Violation Fees: 1st suspension: No charge. 2nd suspension: $8 Re-activation fee. 3rd violation: Account Termination.

6. What “Unlimited” DOES NOT Mean

Our “Unlimited” hosting is not designed for large enterprises or non-typical applications. It is intended for small and medium businesses. We use automated safeguards to prevent any single website from slowing down the system for others. If your resource needs exceed what is “typical” for a shared environment, we will guide you toward a NexzaHost VPS or Dedicated Server.
