Will my website go down during the transfer?▼
No. Keep your DNS pointing to the same place until the transfer finishes. Afterward you can update nameservers if needed.
What is an Auth / EPP code?▼
It is a secret code from your current registrar that proves you own the domain. You need it (or we help you get it) to authorize the move.
Can every domain be transferred?▼
Domains locked, recently registered (under 60 days), or within 60 days of a previous transfer may need to wait. Contact us if you are unsure.
