Every NexzaHost reseller plan comes with a WHM (Web Host Manager) login. This is where you create and manage the individual cPanel accounts you sell or provide to clients. This guide covers creating your first account.

Before you start

You need:

  • Your WHM URL and login (sent when your reseller plan was activated, usually https://yourserver:2087)
  • The client's domain name (already registered, or one you are registering for them)
  • A package created in advance, or you can create one during account setup

Step 1: Log in to WHM

Go to your WHM URL and sign in with the credentials from your welcome email. If you have set up custom nameservers for white-label branding, use your own branded WHM URL instead.

Step 2: Open Create a New Account

In the left sidebar, under Account Functions, click Create a New Account.

Step 3: Fill in the domain and account details

  • Domain: the client's domain, e.g. clientsite.com
  • Username: WHM auto-suggests one from the domain; you can override it
  • Password: set a strong password, or use the generator button
  • Email: the client's contact email — used for account notifications, not for provisioning their mailbox

Step 4: Choose a package

Packages define the resource limits — disk space, bandwidth, number of email accounts, number of databases — for the account. If you have not created packages yet, do this first under Packages → Add a Package so every client account you create afterward pulls from a consistent template rather than needing limits set manually each time.

Step 5: Review and create

Scroll down to confirm the settings, then click Create. WHM provisions the account, sets up the DNS zone, and shows a confirmation screen with the new account's cPanel login details.

Step 6: Hand off to your client

Send the client:

  • Their cPanel login URL and credentials
  • Instructions to point their domain's nameservers to your account (if the domain is registered elsewhere)

If you are white-labeling, this cPanel login should already show your branding rather than NexzaHost's — see the white-label branding guide if it does not.

Common issues

  • "Domain already exists" — the domain is already provisioned somewhere on the server, possibly under a different account. Check existing accounts under List Accounts before retrying.
  • Account created but the site shows a default page — DNS has not propagated yet, or the client has not uploaded files. This is expected immediately after creation.
  • Client can't log in to cPanel — confirm you sent the cPanel URL (not the WHM URL) and the account-specific username, not your WHM login.
