Unlimited Hosting Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

NexzaHost's unlimited hosting plans offer generous resources for legitimate web hosting. This policy clarifies what is included under "unlimited" resources and how they are governed.

1. Included Unlimited Resources

The following resources are provided without a fixed cap on eligible plans: web storage for your site files, databases, and email content; monthly bandwidth and data transfer for incoming and outgoing web traffic; email accounts on your domain; MySQL databases for your web applications; and subdomains and parked domains up to the plan limit. These resources are provided on a shared infrastructure and are governed by our Fair Use Policy to ensure quality for all customers.

2. Reasonable Use Standard

Unlimited resources are intended for legitimate website hosting workloads. Accounts must not exceed 100,000 inodes (files) on Starter plans, 300,000 on Premium, and 500,000 on Business plans. Sustained CPU usage above 20% of a shared core or memory usage above the plan's soft cap may trigger a notification and temporary throttling to protect other users. We review resource usage data periodically and proactively contact customers whose sites are growing beyond shared hosting capacity.

3. When to Upgrade

If your site consistently receives high traffic, runs complex applications, or stores large amounts of data, a VPS or Node.js plan may be a better fit. Our team proactively reaches out to customers approaching shared hosting limits and provides upgrade recommendations. We never penalise growth β€” we simply help you choose the right plan so your site continues performing well. Contact our sales team on WhatsApp to discuss a seamless, no-downtime upgrade path.
