How the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee Works

Shared hosting plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. This explains exactly what that covers, stated plainly rather than buried in the terms.

What is covered

New shared hosting orders, within 7 days of the order date. If the service is not what you expected, ask for a refund and you get the hosting fee back.

You do not need to justify it at length. If it did not suit you, that is enough.

What is not covered

Being straight about this matters more than making the guarantee sound bigger than it is.

Domain registrations are not refundable. When you register a domain, we pay the registry immediately and that cost cannot be reversed — this is true at every registrar. If your plan included a free domain and you refund the hosting, the domain registration fee is deducted from the refund. The domain remains yours for its full term; you keep it and can transfer it elsewhere.

Renewals are not covered. The guarantee applies to your first order, not subsequent renewals. You have had the service for a year by then.

VPS plans are not covered. VPS resources are provisioned and reserved for you specifically.

Reseller plans are not covered once you have created accounts under them.

Add-ons such as licences and dedicated IPs are not refundable once issued.

Accounts terminated for abuse are not eligible — spam, illegal content, or activity that harms other customers on the server.

How to request one

Message us on WhatsApp or open a ticket with your domain name and, briefly, what did not work.

We will ask what went wrong — not to talk you out of it, but because it is often something fixable in ten minutes: a plugin conflict, an email setting, a DNS record. If you would rather just have the refund, say so and we will process it.

Timing

  • Approval — usually the same working day
  • Bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa — 3–5 working days
  • Card — 5–10 working days, depending on your bank

Card refunds return to the card that paid. We cannot send a card payment to a bank account.

What happens to your account

Your hosting account is terminated and its data deleted. Download anything you want to keep first — files via File Manager or FTP, databases via phpMyAdmin, email through your mail client.

We cannot recover data after termination. This is the one irreversible part, so do it before requesting the refund.

Your domain stays yours. Point it wherever you like, or transfer it out.

Before you ask for a refund

Genuinely worth thirty seconds: a large share of refund requests in this industry are one fixable problem.

  • Site slow? Often caching. LiteSpeed Cache usually transforms it.
  • Email in spam? Almost always SPF and DKIM, fixable in minutes.
  • Site not loading? Frequently DNS still propagating from your old host.
  • Cannot do something? It may just be in a different cPanel menu than you expect.

Message us before you give up. We would rather fix the problem than process a refund — and if we cannot fix it, the refund is still there.

Outside the 7 days

The guarantee has expired, but talk to us anyway. If something is genuinely wrong on our side we will make it right, whether or not a policy requires it. Annual plans cancelled mid-term can sometimes be credited pro-rata at our discretion.

Full terms are in our refund policy.
