How to Pay for Hosting with JazzCash
JazzCash is the most common way our Pakistani customers pay, and it does not require a credit card, a bank account, or a foreign transaction fee. This covers both routes — paying from the app and paying at an agent shop — and how to make sure the payment is matched to your account without a follow-up message.
Before you pay
Open your invoice first. You need two things from it:
- The exact amount in PKR. Pay the amount on the invoice, not a rounded figure. A short payment leaves the invoice unpaid and an over-payment has to be manually credited.
- Your invoice number. This is what links your payment to your account.
If you do not have the invoice to hand, message us on WhatsApp with your domain name and we will send it.
Paying from the JazzCash app
1. Open the JazzCash app and sign in. 2. Choose Money Transfer, then Mobile Account to Mobile Account. 3. Enter the NexzaHost JazzCash number shown on your invoice. 4. Enter the exact invoice amount. 5. Check the name that appears before confirming — it should match the account name on the invoice. If it does not, stop and contact us. 6. Confirm with your MPIN. 7. Keep the confirmation SMS. It contains the Transaction ID (TID), which is your proof of payment.
Paying at a JazzCash agent
If you do not use the app, any JazzCash retailer can send the payment for you.
1. Tell the agent you want a mobile account transfer, not a bill payment. 2. Give them the NexzaHost number and the exact amount. 3. Ask for the printed receipt — it carries the same Transaction ID. 4. Photograph the receipt before you leave the shop.
Agents sometimes charge a small service fee of their own. That fee is theirs, not ours, and it does not count toward your invoice amount.
Confirming the payment
Send us the Transaction ID on WhatsApp along with your domain name or invoice number. That is the whole confirmation step.
Without one of those two references we can see the money arrive but not which account it belongs to, and matching it by hand takes far longer than it should. With the reference, activation is usually within minutes during working hours.
What happens next
- New order — your account is provisioned and the cPanel welcome email goes out.
- Renewal — the invoice is marked paid and the expiry date moves forward.
- Upgrade — the new resources apply to your existing account without downtime and without moving your files.
Common problems
- "Transaction failed" but money was deducted. JazzCash reverses failed transfers automatically, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Do not send a second payment until you have checked your balance, or you will have paid twice.
- You paid the wrong amount. Message us with the Transaction ID. An underpayment can be topped up; an overpayment is credited to your next invoice.
- The receiving name does not match. Do not proceed. Verify the number against your invoice or ask us directly — never take payment details from an email you did not expect.
- You lost the Transaction ID. It is in your JazzCash transaction history in the app, and in the confirmation SMS.
Other ways to pay
If JazzCash is not convenient, we also accept Easypaisa, direct bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard. All of them are billed in PKR for Pakistani customers, so the amount that leaves your account is the amount on the invoice — no conversion spread, no foreign transaction fee.
