How to Pay for Hosting with Easypaisa

Easypaisa works the same way as any other bank transfer from our side: the money arrives, you send us the reference, and the account activates. The difference is that you do not need a bank account or a card to use it.

What you need first

Two details from your invoice:

  • The exact PKR amount — pay it precisely. Rounding up or down creates manual work and delays activation.
  • Your invoice number or domain name — this is how we match the payment to you.

Paying from the Easypaisa app

1. Sign in to the Easypaisa app. 2. Tap Send Money, then Easypaisa Account. 3. Enter the NexzaHost Easypaisa number from your invoice. 4. Enter the exact amount. 5. Check the recipient name before confirming. It should match the name on your invoice. 6. Confirm with your PIN and keep the confirmation SMS — it holds the Transaction ID.

Paying at an Easypaisa shop

Any Easypaisa retailer can do this for you.

1. Ask for a send money to Easypaisa account transfer, not a utility bill payment. 2. Give the number and the exact amount. 3. Take the printed receipt and photograph it before leaving.

Retailers may add their own small service charge. It is separate from your invoice and does not reduce the amount we receive.

If your bank is linked

Easypaisa accounts linked to a bank can also pay by direct transfer from the bank app to the Easypaisa number. The Transaction ID works the same way. This route sometimes has a higher daily limit, which matters for reseller and VPS invoices.

Confirming it

Send the Transaction ID plus your domain name to us on WhatsApp. That is all we need.

This step genuinely matters. Mobile wallet transfers arrive with the sender's name but no invoice reference attached, so without it we can see a payment but not whose it is. With the reference, most accounts activate within minutes during working hours.

Limits worth knowing

Easypaisa applies daily and monthly transaction limits that depend on whether your account is basic or fully verified. A basic account can hit its ceiling on a larger invoice — a VPS or Alpha Reseller renewal, for example.

If that happens you have three options: complete account verification through the app to raise the limit, split the payment across two days and send us both Transaction IDs, or use a direct bank transfer instead. Tell us which you are doing so we hold the invoice open rather than sending a reminder.

Common problems

  • Money deducted but marked failed. Easypaisa auto-reverses failed transfers, normally inside 24 to 48 hours. Check your balance before sending again — otherwise you pay twice and we have to refund one.
  • Daily limit reached mid-payment. See the limits section above. Do not keep retrying; it will keep failing until the limit resets.
  • Recipient name looks wrong. Stop. Verify the number against your own invoice, or ask us on WhatsApp. Never use payment details from an unexpected email or message.
  • Paid but nothing activated. Almost always a missing reference. Send us the Transaction ID.

Other payment methods

JazzCash, direct bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard all work too. Pakistani customers are billed in PKR on every route, so there is no currency conversion and no foreign transaction fee to absorb.
